陆铭：我觉得消费者也要转变自己的行为模式。所有的算法最后如果受制于消费者的苛刻要求——比如一超时就投诉，不是说不要投诉，而是如果不顾及天气不好、小区爬楼、小区地形复杂等劳动环境，不分情况地去投诉，就会对劳动者产生压力。在这方面，我在调研时也有骑手反映，是不是可以针对这些复杂情况改进算法。
